It depends on where you are and the time of day, and we'd rather tell you the truth than a number that sounds good. From our Emeryville base, Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda and Richmond are our shortest runs; San Francisco is one bridge crossing; the Tri-Valley and Fremont are longer. When you call, dispatch gives you a real ETA before you commit.

No. We're a mobile roadside assistance company — we come to where you're stuck and get you moving there: tire change, jump start, lockout, fuel, and for trucks, diagnostics. If a vehicle genuinely needs to be hauled, we'll tell you plainly so you can arrange it rather than paying us for a visit that can't finish.

Our core area is roughly 25–30 minutes from Emeryville: Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco, Alameda, Piedmont, Albany, El Cerrito, Richmond, San Leandro, Orinda, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Hayward, Daly City and San Rafael. We regularly travel further — the Tri-Valley, Fremont, San Jose, Vallejo, Concord — with a longer ETA we'll quote honestly.

Rates depend on the vehicle class, the time of day, and where you are; we quote it on the phone before dispatch so there are no surprises. For commercial and heavy-duty calls, extended labor, parts, and mileage outside the included area are quoted before we proceed.

For most tire changes, yes — we mount your spare and torque it properly. If you don't have a usable spare, tell dispatch when you call and we'll talk through options rather than send a visit that can't finish.

All three, with the right equipment for each. RVs have large batteries and long cable runs; motorcycles need a low-amp boost that won't damage their electronics; box trucks often have dual or auxiliary batteries. After the boost we test the battery and charging system so you know whether it'll happen again.

Jump starts, lockouts, diesel and DEF delivery — and mobile diesel diagnostics. We connect professional diagnostic equipment directly to the truck, read the fault codes and live data, perform supported diagnostic functions and minor corrections within our capabilities, and give you a clear path forward when the repair exceeds roadside scope. We don't do major mechanical repair on the shoulder, and we say so up front.

When conditions and the truck's system permit it, yes. If the engine is inhibiting regeneration because of an active fault — a sensor, a DEF issue, soot load, wiring — a forced regen isn't the fix, and diagnosing why is the real service. You get the finding either way.

Yes. We take direct fleet accounts and work with national dispatch networks. Dispatchers can send us the vehicle and symptoms ahead of time through our truck intake form so the technician arrives prepared.

Please do — especially for trucks. The truck intake form on this site takes the year, make, model, symptoms and location; it goes straight to our dispatch and diagnostic system. For emergencies, call first and fill it out after.

For most services, yes — we need keys and a signature, and for lockouts we need to confirm the vehicle is yours. If you can't safely wait at the vehicle, tell dispatch and we'll work it out.

We use what you give us only to prepare and complete your service call. We don't sell it or share it. Our own street address isn't published either — we're a mobile service and we come to you.
